Deep Well Processing
(Structured Group EMDR)
Sovereignty is often fractured in subtle ways:

Together, we will gently process themes including:
• Self-abandonment • Fear of visibility • Over-giving and over-functioning

This is structured, clinically informed EMDR held in a supportive group field.

Guided Breathwork & sound healing

Using a two-stage pranayama rhythm, you will enter an expanded state of awareness while remaining grounded and supported.

Breathwork clears what words cannot reach.
It restores vitality. It reconnects you to your inner rhythm.
And because this immersion is extended, you will have time afterward to journal, rest, and integrate — allowing the shifts to land deeply.

Kundalini Activation is a gentle, transmission-based awakening of your natural life force energy. You remain fully conscious and aware. Some women feel subtle currents.
