This Level 2 training is an invitation to deepen your connection with yourself, your gifts, and the energy of true exchange. Building on the foundation of the 2-stage Pranayama Breathwork taught in Level 1, we move into a more refined understanding of healing—not just as a practice, but as a way of being.

At the heart of this class are four essential themes: self-love, exchange, value, and worth. These aren’t abstract ideas. They are living energies that shape how we give, how we receive, and how we show up in the world.

This training is for those who are ready to go deeper—not only into the breath, but into the places inside where you still feel stuck, unseen, or underappreciated. The process is gentle but honest. Gritty at times, but ultimately liberating.

Level 2 is a transformational experience that reveals the deeper energetic blueprint behind how you relate to yourself and the world. We will be using David's 2nd book HEALING for most of the references in this class. Please review and pay close attention to page 32 and the section on Exchange because it's the primary focus of this class. The book is available on Amazon, or on Audible as an audiobook.
