Join me for an evening of breathwork and alchemy crystal singing bowls to find peace and joy inside your heart. As we release stress, fear and anxiety from the body we are able to find the stillness inside our hearts. Experience the healing power of your own breath with this guided practice. The focused rhythmic breathing will allow your mind and body to relax. Our natural state is one of joy, once the heart chakra opens.

The Alchemy Crystal singing bowl will transport you into the cosmos. The bowls work on the concept of resonance, vibrating at a higher frequency than we do, they affect the water in your cells. People typically experience epiphanies, get messages from their higher self or feel deeply restored by the experience.

Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket (as most people get cold during the breathwork). You can also bring an eye pillow if you have one.
