What could be better than Breathwork in the comfort and privacy of your own home?!
If you've worked with me before you know how passionate I am about breathwork. In my 24 years working in the Healing Arts, Breathwork is the most effective tool I have found for moving stuck energy. Wherever you are stuck, be it physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual, the Breathwork has the power to release it. The best part is that all you have to do is breathe for it to work...you don't have to figure anything out or analyze anything!
The experience will be just as powerful as it is in person...and you won't have to get up and drive home afterward!
Prepare your space ahead of time by having a comfortable place to lay down (bed, couch, yoga mat). It's better to lay completely flat versus propped up with a pillow. Have a blanket available as most people get cold during the breathwork. It's helpful to have an eye pillow or a small towel or scarf to cover your eyes. You may also want to have a pillow or blanket available to "yell" into to help muffle the sound so you don't startle your neighbors when we release the built-up energy by making a loud sound.
